  • All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept payments via secure methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers, and COD.

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery time usually takes 4-5 working days within Pakistan.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Refund & Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect products within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item must be sent to our support team.

We currently do not offer refunds unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Muskvice website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Muskvice and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
