What is Muskvice?
Muskvice is a premium men’s perfume brand based in Pakistan, offering long-lasting and high-quality fragrances at affordable prices.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website by selecting your preferred perfume and proceeding to checkout. If you need help, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp or via email.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 200. However, enjoy free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,500.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation message with your tracking ID. You can track your order through Trax using that ID.
When will my order arrive?
Our estimated delivery time is:
Karachi: 2 to 3 working days
Other cities: 3 to 5 working days
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We deliver to all cities across Pakistan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are available only if the fault is on our side. You must return the unused perfume (less than 5% used) at your own expense. Once received, we will refund the product amount via Easypaisa or bank transfer.
Can I exchange a perfume if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. However, you must pay the delivery charges and ensure the perfume is not used more than 5%.
What should I do if I receive a damaged bottle?
If your perfume arrives damaged (e.g., broken bottle or cap), contact us immediately. We will send a free replacement and collect the damaged item.
