Refund & Exchange Policy

At Muskvice, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or received a damaged item, we're here to help.


Returns

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it through any courier service at your own expense. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will refund only the product amount via Easypaisa or bank transfer.

Important:

  • The perfume must not be used more than 5% to qualify for a return.

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the product.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product (for example, for a different variant), you will need to cover the delivery cost.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a broken bottle, a damaged cap, or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will:

  • Send you a replacement parcel free of cost, and

  • Arrange to collect the damaged item from you.

We only offer refunds if the fault is from our side (e.g., broken item or wrong parcel).


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or special edition perfumes;

  • Personal care items that have been opened;

  • Items purchased during a sale or using a gift card;

  • Flammable items or exposed fragrance oils.

Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you’ll receive your refund via your original payment method (Easypaisa, bank transfer, etc.). Processing time depends on your payment provider but may take up to 10 business days. If you don’t see the refund after that, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
